This section of the Chilton Computing website is a collection of information about the institute currently known as Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), originally known as the Rutherford High Energy Laboratory (RHEL) then Rutherford Laboratory (RL).
The history of Rutherford Laboratory has been presented far more ably elsewhere so this section is more in the nature of a collectors blog -- a disparate collection of articles that will be added to as we find them.
